- potatoes - 800 g
- garlic - 4 piece
- honey - 2 tablespoon
- soy sauce - 2 tablespoon
- vegetable oil - 3 tablespoon
- sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- sesame seeds - 1.5 tablespoon
- chives - 2 tablespoon
- black pepper - 0.25 teaspoon

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Peel the potatoes (if they have thin skins, you can leave them on), rinse, and cut into cubes about 2 cm on each side.
- Peel the garlic and finely chop it or grate it.
- In a large bowl, mix the vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, chopped garlic, and pepper. Stir until you get a smooth marinade.
- Add the chopped potatoes to the bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands or a spoon so that every piece is coated in the marinade.
- Transfer the potatoes to the baking tray in a single layer so the pieces do not overlap. This way they will bake evenly and become crispier.
- Bake the potatoes for 30–35 minutes, gently stirring them every 10 minutes or so, until they are soft inside and golden on the edges.
- After removing from the oven, sprinkle the potatoes with toasted sesame seeds and chopped chives. Serve hot or at room temperature.
