Korean toast with egg, cheese and chives Recipe
These crispy toasts made from bread baked with egg, cheese and chives are like a cross between scrambled-egg toast and mini casseroles. In Korea, different variations of toast and grilled bread are popular as a quick breakfast or an evening snack in front of the TV. The flavor is simple and very comforting – egg, cheese and crunchy bread are a trio that’s hard to beat.

- chives finely chopped - 2 tablespoon
- butter softened - 1 tablespoon
- salt - 0.25 teaspoon

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (top and bottom heat). Line a baking tray with baking paper.

- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper until the mixture is smooth.
- Finely chop the chives and add to the eggs. Add the grated cheese and mix everything together.

- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the egg mixture is set and the cheese is lightly golden. The edges of the bread should be crispy and golden.

Grzanki najlepiej smakują świeże, ale można je przechować do następnego dnia w lodówce i podgrzać w piekarniku lub na suchej patelni. W mikrofalówce chleb zmięknie i straci chrupkość.
