Welcome to my culinary blog! 🍳🌍

This blog launched in December 2025, and since then I’ve been regularly adding new recipes inspired by cuisines from all over the world. Here you’ll find both well-known, popular dishes and those that are more surprising – sometimes exotic, sometimes less obvious. One thing always stays the same: I do my best to keep the recipes accessible, both in terms of cost and ingredient availability.

My story

My cooking journey started relatively recently, but it quickly turned into a true passion. I’m a rather precise person in everyday life, and I bring that same mindset into the kitchen. That’s why the recipes you’ll find here are clear, structured, and straight to the point.

I still remember how frustrating advice like “add a bit of this” or “season to taste” was when I was just starting out. For beginner cooks, this kind of guidance simply isn’t very helpful. That’s why every recipe includes a detailed list of ingredients with exact measurements. If I ever forget something — please let me know 🙂

At the same time, I strongly encourage experimentation. We all experience flavors differently — some prefer saltier dishes, others spicier or milder ones. If you feel that something is too much or too little in a recipe, adjust it to your own taste. And once you do, don’t forget to leave a comment and a rating — that’s what keeps this blog alive.

One more thing worth mentioning: sometimes you may come across very basic, even obvious, step descriptions. This is intentional. I want this blog to be welcoming to people who are just beginning their cooking journey. Sometimes writing “sauté the onion” is enough, but not everyone knows exactly what that means or how to do it — and that’s where learning really starts.
